A coffee bean is a seed of the Coffee plant and the source for coffee. It is the pip inside the red or purple fruit often referred to as a cherry. Just like ordinary cherries, the coffee fruit is also a so-called stone fruit.
Seedlings Growing
When growing coffee plants, the soil needs to stay moist, but not soaking wet. Also, make sure that both the soil and the pot your coffee plant is growing in has good drainage.
Robusta Coffee
Robusta coffee is indigenous to the Nganda regions of Uganda. Wild varieties are still found in the foothills of the Rwenzori Mountains in western Uganda.
